E-commerce Enabler - Internship / Working Student

Halal Agro is an AgTech startup focusing on providing end-to-end solution to farmers and agri input retailers. Our aim is to use science and technology to solve the most fundamental challenges in Agriculture supply-chain, which are:
- Lack of access to good quality agri input
- Lack of access to market to sell agri output
- Lack of expert support to crops related problems
- Lack of tips, and ideas to increase quality and quantity of agri output
We are seeking E-commerce Enablers to take care of our day to day digital commerce operations. You will oversee the look and feel of our e-commerce site, our social media channels and are responsible for generating sales via these online channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day digital commerce operations
- Oversee the look and feel of our e-commerce site and our social media channels
- Manage inventory
- Create, publish and promote content on our e-commerce site and on social media channels
- User acquisition and retention through support, promotion, discount and loyalty programs
- Work in a cross-functional agile team
Key competencies
- Enrolled student in a relevant field of studies (computer science, economics, business administration, marketing or similar)
- Ability to work in teams
- Interest in digital technologies and digital marketing
- Have a “Can-Do Attitude”
- Everything else we can learn together
Working Hours
Flexible working hours. Weekly between 20 to 40 hours
Salary Range
Monthly between 4000 to 8000 BDT
